LILLY GORDON The person who deserves this award puts in 110% effort, always listens and tries her best. She recently knocked off 19 seconds for 100m freestyle, 7 seconds for 50m freestyle and 10 seconds for 50 fly. She doesn’t necessarily come away with medals but a huge smile.
