LILLY GORDON The person who deserves this award puts in 110% effort, always listens and tries her best. She recently knocked off 19 seconds for 100m freestyle, 7 seconds for 50m freestyle and 10 seconds for 50 fly. She doesn’t necessarily come away with medals but a huge smile.

On Saturday 13th May, CISC hosted a mini league event at Garons Park Swimming Pool, Southend. The Canvey Team swam excellently and pipped Brentwood to the post, to take the win. The Canvey team showed excellent team spirit and showed true grit to get the win. All swimmers swam amazingly and had loads of fun....
